Unable to Access Chat

Hi, I cannot enter chat ? I see the chat box, but the screen is blank. I've cleared cache etc but still can't access. I just keep being asked to login. Can someone help please ?

Hi, can you show a screenshot, maybe? I remember I had a problem in the beginning it kept telling me to log in although I was logged in. I overlooked something. If it's the same problem you have now I'll see at the screenshot and can tell you easier than if I would start now by just a guess.
