I used to have a pixie shortbob cut similar to yours. I did a dark mahogany (dark red almost purple) with streaks/highlights of brown. I miss it! Haha
You have such a cute face and your thin, you could pull anything off! 😛 I love the mint green idea with a splash of a little something else. Be careful though! Neutral tones like white black brown or even a darker/lighter shade of green would be aaamaazing. BUT be careful with red as red/green are complimentary and will reeeeaalllyy pop. You can use it sparingly to make bold statements. ( I'm a sucker for the one streak of color in the bangs on one side aka swoop)
