I believe he/she's a scammer because I googled them. Message says:
Hi dear how are you doing today,Please contact me for a special reason Please OK ([email protected])
Yes, he/she is spammer, I think. I just deleted the PM. Might be one to report it in though good idea now that you have done that.

Admin have been working hard to ban them and remove all their posts, but they kept registering

tausuttausut2 was Banned the same day they joined, August 1, 2017.
The same day many others received identical PM's, of which, reflects that date.
