Be careful you can control that the tone and sound you hear. You can make it go higher or lower. This is the tone a spirit will use to talk to you also. Dont let it go low frequency. Theres alot of spirits and not so good things the lower the frequency. Let it stay high dont fight it. That will always be there. So best thing to do is tune it out so you dont hear the voices in it. When you dont want to.

First always check with medical fields to make sure it has nothing to do medically.........unless your abilities are having you awaken one of the clairs. If that's the case, you can work enhancing that ability.
