I had real contact with few aliens

I saw a few alien worlds too. One of them showed me space from his spaceship. There was actually not much talking involved. All the ones I've met search for more. They have no interest into primitive minds because it's more likely to find in space than an advanced civilization.

Only one of them was bad. War with some bad creatures you only know from sci fi movies. Similar things can happen to Earth too. In fact people are living in a dream world. You're not alone in space. Till now we've been just lucky. You should learn being able to defend yourself. Not all of them know morality. Some just see a place to breed like polar bears.

Space is more deadly than you think.
