A heads up for you all concerning changes which will be made to chat over the next few weeks.

The first thing is to bring new mods on board. This will happen over the next couple of days. Shell will oversee the new mods in the short term to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Next is to take the chat module off all the pages including the forums and have chat accessible from only one place which is the chat page. To access chat click the 'Chat Rooms' link in the top navigation bar or menu. To access from the forums click the large graphic 'Join Us In Live Chat!!!'.
The reason for this is to allow us to add rules/guidelines and other relevant info to the chat page so everyone is in the know before they enter the Chat Rooms.

The last thing to do is restructure the rooms.
The first to tackle is the Reading Room. With the help of the new mods all public readings will be done in this room for both 'Trusted Readers' and 'Practicing Readers'. Trusted Readers will still be able to read anywhere in chat as long as its in pm.

Once we are happy with how this is progressing we are going to concentrate on the 'Events Room'. This is where we are going to bring back 'Picture Readings' and 'Classes' and hopefully open the room to all members who wish to hold their own public discussion events.

Depending on how well this goes we may make further changes but lets see how it goes.
