Awakening and confused need direction and help
Hello everyone so I’m awakening and so confused, I have no idea what to do. I’m feeling overwhelmed with emotions, headaches and pressure, feeling sick, and drained of energy. Feeling misunderstood and not accepted by family. I’ve always had my experience through life as a child with seeing feeling and dreaming the paranormal but just a few weeks ago I started to awaken and now I’m lost and I have no idea what to do. In need of help.
I am with you 100%, spot on to what I am going through. I do have a few more experiences towards psychic activity but for the most part same page!!!!!!!! Welcome, its my first day in school too lol!!!!!
Just don't let anyone convince you that you're crazy cause you're not. One side of my Earth family accepts me as a starseed and the other half thinks I'm nuts. Sometimes you have to look to groups like this one and friend a fellow starseed. Of course friend more than one or else that one person might get burned out from you. At least for me, they nearly did. But then again I'm a psychic vampire. So your experience may be different from mine. In the meantime embrace your newfound identity and rejoice. Try to resist the urge to lash out like I did when I first awoke.
Also try to rein in your emotions a bit so as not to accidentally fry stuff with psychokinesis. I find that difficult myself and sometimes I just want to unleash it all. But negative emotions and psionics seldom mix well. Though I might suggest meditation instead of just repressing your emotions like I do.
