as i sit here im shown the ways i was taught to open to spirit i wonder why im shown this then i get a strong impression so so many people just do it there own way or that many dont no ,so if your not sure or want to open this is how i was taught ,here is one easy way and that is to ..as im about to say how, i have my guide here ... im shown about some people needing to initially be guided that they take on a responsibility to themselves and to others before they open ,this is usually with the help of there guide/helper,doorkeeper ,so initially you will need to try to meet your guide ,there are posts of this or the old site ,i believe the easiest way is with the use of guided meditation ,tony stockwells meet your spirit guide is good ,there are many probably on youtube as well .if you do not meet your guide your intent will have put you there where you need to be ,your guides will be with you anyway listen or feel them .ask them for assistance out loud or in your mind
mediatation is the way forward generally for this ,try it see what happens .remember that many do not need to do anything they just no there guides and open it would seen naturally so its not one rule for all see how you get on
i am aware as my guide is still looking on that the complexety of this is there for the foundations need to be met and that mark is very aware of the responsibilitys even as a student we saw he was aware of many things but he was from birth watched and has aksed many of the right questions ..
i am thankfull from this insight ,responsibility always a big thing for me ,a knowledgeable member here said to me he asked someone ,a medium why is this for entertainment purposes,which is used as i think its caused a disclaimer ,why does a medium use this as this member also loves spirit and is very respectfull ,i feel this too ,i no it has to be that way but oh it is so wrong in my opinion as well opinion ,all i can say is that if through the power of sites like this and others we as mediums can help one person then we have done a good thing being the inbetween this world and the spirit world

Hey mark! I tried the meditation, I was really relaxed.. in the beginning of it I saw faces again.. creepy ones.. I think they were spirits.. but the thing is something else.. I couldn't follow the meditation after some point cause my mind was on autopilot on creating random scenarios. Is this normal?
scenarious ,interruptions are normal for some ,let me xplain what i do is if i get this i either stop and deal with it or i put the thoughts im getting into seperate boxes in my mind or i imagine i can blow them out from my mouth so they go after a while it becomes easier
as for the creepy faces ask them to leave say to them that you only want to meet your guide do not try to communicate with them beyond this if that persists i cant tell you who they are ,it could be your imagination see what happens,you may need to stop if this persists i always reccomend spirit work to be done in a spiritualist church when it can be for beginners where there are spirit there working with us and that you are working in the power

soldiers of war how we feel so saddened to see whats has been going on for so long with the pain and suffering ,many feel wars are needed and that theyre protectors who eliviate the pain that man causes through there greed or religion we look upon this world and it brings tears to our eyes seeing the unjust if man could only see there could be no need for wars if you lived in unity sadly this is a huge task will you realise that this brings much harm to everyone and the effect it has on your earth there are big problems to overcome the one way is unity which you are a long way from the power of prayer and love for each other will one day unify mother earths people lessons lessons lessons we strive to help you but we can only do so much
this came to me i believe its a message for the understanding ,and that something needed to be said afterwards i kept getting letters forming saying trump,trumpet,making me aware that somewhere i beleve in the bible it was prophecised abt the time when a figure ,person called by that name was named and i feel that through the channeling that he will instigate many things that cannot be undone
some thoughts go across my mind as i sit here and i am shown myself laying in bed asleep when i was a baby ,actually it was a draw where i see my parents put me in to sleep next to there bed and i just feel the eyes of my guide looking and smiles and i do wonder where this is going !
i then see me growing up in bed in other places i remember where i lived so this is stages where i am growing up and i then see events linked to what they show me that they obviously have seen as well see the guide happy with some ,frustrated they show me them watching me very recently and again theyre very happy in fact i get the word celebration i ask why he is showing me this and i feel its because they want me to see that they are here ,they see all and that there work is ongoing to put it out there that they are there knowing one day we will see all of this so differently ,rejoice!

I see a lady walking along a beach with lots of pebbles the sound is amazing as the waves go in and out she collects the glass that is in all different colours but the glass is now smooth the look and feel is amazing
vibrant colours she uses them in her jewellery
I am then shown someone making small pyramids just slightly bigger than our hands in beautifull translucent coloured glass
the glass collected lays in the bottom of the 3 pyramid s and with your intent this is used as conductor to enhance healing energy this is a newer way spirit are able to moove forward healing what I get is that the glass type pebbles are held in ones hand when healing you ask them to be charged ,the 3 pyramids are put in a triangle and overnight healing you send is enhanced ,cleaning of the glass stones in with the sun on the pyramid and the moon

there is a massive change withhin i see things different now in so many ways ,i get glimpses of people some i no and i see them differently i feel different its a bit like when you eat your own apples they can taste better so i see someone and there life will flash before me like on a video and its important that i look at the detail thats what i get look look i see things in great detail then i see more and more i do no why to a degree its a slightly unusual way to get me thinking but it does work

It's true that we can all be quick to react but later when we've cooled off we realize we could have handled things better with some thought.. looking back, that would've just escalated things so good on you for letting it go over your head... the strongest is the one with self respect and who takes time to think before they react.... also very true, the smaller details are usually the best telling ones. thankyou it transpires that the lady who was one of them is having a lot of issues i sensed her partner had left her it was confirmed today,today is interesting again its very relaxed here as usual when there are no spirit waiting for me as i havent raised my vibration yet but i need to do that soon so ill see what occurs !many strange things appening troday but im getting use to this now

A valid lesson for many new to this and not so new
recently I was asked by someone who was a medium why do they hear crying within themselves and that at times they want to end there life my responsibility there is to say go see a doctor and they agreed .my thoughts on this is do not end life here on earth so quickly it wont achive anything positive for anyone so I asked if I could send healing and it turns out she rarely does anything for herself so now she sets time for herself and is so much better and it made me think abut others who struggle with mediumship and abilities and the dificult subject of what some call posession or attachments .i do see here attimes people with a lower vibration who are sensitives and psychic ,not mediums ,only very partial mediums is one way to explain this but realistically theyre just psychic sensitives ans when they get low throug illness ,depression,aura problems yes they can get attachments so a attachment from a spirit that’s on a lower vibration can cause problems depending on ones being especially if drugs alchol are involved sometimes they don’t even no they are being influenced in this way .we are all spirit and we all have a inner light that we should shine ,who wants to be in darkness.my vibration is very high due to the ability I am using to read and channel and heal and other things remember we do have to do this ourselves ,were helped but you have to start the process,push for it .also some people do have issues with a understanding of something being wrong inside and feel its from when they was on earth before in a previous life and within they are crying depressed very frustrated I believe a way forward for this is complex do not dwell on this and the quickest route is a healer in a spirttualist church in my opinion where the energy is raised ie the vibration and the healers intent which can be hard to find ,they are out there you would need to work hard to get this unless you just happen to get the right one ,its experience here with the healer that is the main factor and after that its a matter of looking after you and trying in some cases to get your life back on a level as potentially many feel its a helterskeltor ,ie a bumpy journey and when this is overcome and vibrations raised its like a new lease of life for many
