Passed away, trying to communicate

Woman shown name is Jeanette. She passed away in 2009 from breast cancer. Her daughter Leanne (my best friend) is shown next to her in the pic. I have been feeling like she wants to communicate with her. If you have this ability please help, it would mean the world!
