Hi I just signed up might as well answer a question
I would suggest going in to nature , around where there are trees and no people
sit down and let the energies of that place calm you down and let you arrive at a relaxed state of mind
Go there with that intention , it will than work well . know that the neutral energies of trees and such vegetation
will be good for you in this way 🙂
