Car accident, running from something

Awhile ago i had a dream i was in a truck and got into a accident i was thrown out and and was running from something, the whole week after i woke up my head was throbbing and couldn't move fast without it hurting worse. I was with 3 people one was my uncle another i couldn't make out who. What could it mean?
